Terms of Service

Please review these terms carefully before accessing or utilizing our software, developer APIs, web applications, or mobile platforms.

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Neon Innovation Lab. By accessing or downloading our developer tools, web applications, and mobile applications (including EdgeGuard India, NeonMaps, ContextShield, CleanShot, FollowScope, FlipScore, and WarWatch), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these operational terms, you must discontinue using our tools and services immediately.

Service Modifications & Subscriptions

Our engineering infrastructure undergoes continuous development. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, pause, or retire specific features, algorithms, or API endpoints at any time with reasonable notice.

Direct First-Party Payment & Licensing

All premium subscriptions, tool passes, and lifetime software licenses are processed directly via authorized merchant processors (such as direct PayPal checkout). We do not utilize third-party merchant resellers. Refunds, lifetime transfers, or license key re-issues are governed by our direct customer support protocol.

Developer API & BYOK Guidelines

When utilizing Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) interfaces within our developer tools (such as supplying your own Google Cloud, Anthropic, or OpenAI credentials in testing sandboxes):

  • You represent and warrant that you hold authorized administrative access to those cloud provider accounts.
  • Neon Innovation Lab accepts zero liability for runaway billing, rate-limit consumption, or cloud account suspensions incurred on your third-party credentials.
  • Any malicious attempt to exploit endpoints, perform DDoS attacks, or reverse-engineer local cryptographic protection mechanisms will result in immediate termination of service.

Intelligence & Financial Disclaimers

When utilizing financial utility tools (such as EdgeGuard India for STT auditing) or lead research platforms (such as NeonMaps):

Not Financial or Legal Advice: Calculations, tax estimates, and risk HUD indicators are provided for operational discipline and auditing purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying tax filings with your certified financial advisors and managing your own market risk.

Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

OUR APPLICATIONS AND APIS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEON INNOVATION LAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL NEON INNOVATION LAB BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SYSTEM USE.
