1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Neon Innovation Lab. By accessing or downloading our developer tools, web applications, and mobile apps (including AI Playground, Boost, CleanShot, FollowScope, FlipScore, and WarWatch), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these binding Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these protocols, you must refrain from utilizing our ecosystem infrastructure.

2. Service Modifications & Subscriptions

Our network undergoes rapid iterative changes. We reserve the right to alter, pause, or terminate specific features or APIs at any time.

Mobile Ecosystem Subscriptions: Any applications leveraging Google Play Billing infrastructure strictly abide by Google's payment processing terms. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription pauses must be managed natively via your platform's subscription center (Google Play Store).

3. Developer API & Ecosystem Limitations

When using developer-centric bridges (such as providing your own OpenAI/Anthropic credentials within AI Playground):

• You represent that you have authorized billing and permission on those third-party networks.
• Neon Innovation Lab accepts absolutely zero liability for any runaway API costs generated via your credentials on our front ends.
• Any attempts to reverse-engineer our secure local pipelines (such as our local processing in FollowScope) will result in immediate IP and account bans.

4. User Content & Intelligence Usage

When using tools like WarWatch (OSINT tracking) or FlipScore (Retail Arbitrage), you acknowledge that aggregated data provided by our engines is for informational and research purposes. We make zero warranties regarding the financial returns of any arbitrage opportunities, nor do we certify the absolute ground-truth accuracy of dynamically generated OSINT metadata. Action taken upon the data we surface is solely at your operational risk.

5. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

OUR SUITE OF APPLICATIONS ARE DEPLOYED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NEON INNOVATION LAB, ITS DEVELOPERS, BOARD MEMBERS, AND SUBSIDIARIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE IMMUNE TO ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM DATA LOSS, SERVER DOWNTIME, SUBSCRIPTION INTERRUPTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY API CHANGES.
