- API Keys & License Tokens: For developer tools, you supply your own API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Google Cloud, Anthropic). These remain stored in your local browser or terminal memory; they are never permanently stored on our centralized servers.
- User Submissions & Queries: Search queries (e.g. NeonMaps location inputs) and tool parameters transmitted strictly for real-time execution.
1.2 Automated Telemetry & Diagnostics
- Device Metrics: Browser user agent, OS architecture, and application build numbers to ensure compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Android.
- Crash & Reliability Reports: Anonymous crash logs monitored through PostHog and Firebase Crashlytics to catch runtime errors without recording personal identity profiles.

Neon Innovation Lab adheres stringently to Google Play's 2026 Developer Program Policies. We provide the following explicit disclosures for our mobile application users:
All personal data transmitted between your device and our endpoints is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Local processing is heavily prioritized in apps like FollowScope and CleanShot to prevent off-device data transfers entirely.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated tokens at any time. Initiate deletion within the app or email hello@neoninnovationlab.com. We process all requests within 30 days.
3Third-Party Integrations & Infrastructure
To operate high-speed APIs, analytics, and affiliate rewards, we collaborate with trusted infrastructure partners:
- Affiliate Partnerships & Disclosures: Neon Innovation Lab participates in verified affiliate marketing programs (Amazon Associates, ShopMy, Impact). When you click or use partner discount codes (such as
LAB7orAWZ3FC), we may receive an attribution commission at zero extra cost to you. - LLM Transit (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex): Queries submitted to AI developer sandboxes are forwarded purely in transit. We explicitly opt out of third-party model training on user payloads.
- First-Party Payments (Direct PayPal): Payment transactions are executed directly with payment processing gateways. We do not store, process, or view credit card numbers.
