1. Who We Are

FlipScore ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile application available on the Google Play Store. It operates in two modes:

• Flip Mode — Furniture arbitrage deal evaluation engine
• Shop Mode — Multi-region price comparison across UAE, India, USA, Turkey, Thailand, and China

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide:

• Email address and name (if you create an account)
• Price alerts you configure (item name, target price, region)
• Listing URLs you share to FlipScore for evaluation (Flip Mode)

2.2 Information collected automatically:

• Search queries (stored locally on device only)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging token (for push notifications)
• Anonymous usage analytics via Firebase Analytics (crash reports, session counts)
• Device type, OS version, and app version

2.3 Information we do NOT collect:

• Precise GPS location
• Contacts or photos
• Payment card information
• Browsing history outside the FlipScore app

3. How We Use Your Information

• To evaluate furniture listings and return deal scores (Flip Mode)
• To search and compare prices across international retailers (Shop Mode)
• To send push notifications when deal thresholds are met
• To improve app performance and fix bugs via Firebase Crashlytics
• To authenticate your account if you choose to sign in

4. Third-Party Services

FlipScore integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — Push notifications, analytics, crash reporting · Privacy Policy
• Amazon Product Advertising API — Product price data from Amazon stores · Privacy Policy
• eBay Browse API — Product listings from eBay · Privacy Policy
• Retrofit / OkHttp — HTTP networking library (no data collected) · Apache 2.0 License

When you tap "View Deal" links, you are redirected to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Search history is stored locally on your device only
• Wishlist items are stored locally on your device only
• Price alerts are stored on our secure backend servers
• All backend API communication uses HTTPS
• We do not store marketplace listing URLs beyond the evaluation response

6. Push Notifications

FlipScore sends push notifications when:

• A furniture listing matches your deal threshold (Flip Mode)
• A product price drops to your alert target (Shop Mode)

You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings → Notifications → FlipScore.

7. Children's Privacy

FlipScore is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

• Access — Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — Export your price alerts and wishlist
• Opt-out — Disable analytics by uninstalling the app

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via a push notification or in-app banner. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
